On Causes of Students'Renting House out of School in Liupanshui Teacher's Higher College

近年来,我校学生校外租房给学校的管理工作带来了诸多的问题和挑战,分析学生租房的原因,加快后勤社会改革进程,改善办学条件,提高服务质量,是阻止学生校外租房的有效途径。

In recent years,some students in our school turn to live in rented houses in instead of living on the campus.This unusual phenomenon has led to various problens and challenges to the school nangeement. The author belives that it is necessary tomake a thorough analyse of the progress of the reform of the socialization of dormitory management in order to improve the living condtion and service quality.
