摘要 “以人为本”和“教育公平”是现代教育的出发点。语文教学必须以学生的个性为核心内容,促进每一个学生健康、全面、和谐地发展。语文教师要不断加强自我个人修养和业务素质学习,使自己的教学更具个性魅力;同时,语文教师还应创设平等、自由的学习环境,通过与学生共同研读闪烁着作者个性光芒的文章,培养和发展学生个性;通过丰富多彩的教育教学活动培养和展示学生的个性和创新能力。 Regardipersons as the first matter is the first step of modern teaching.In Chinese teaching we must regard the individualities of students as the pith to promote the healthy development of them.Chinese teachers should study of our own culture and the prefessional knowledge to be of inividual charm in our teaching;At the same time we should also make a free and equal study environment to train and develop the students' individualities by reading characteristic articles together,to train and show the individualities and innovation skills of students by all kinds of teaching activities.
