On the Effective Way of University's Ideological and Political Work

高校思想政治工作在培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的工作中具有重要地位和作用。当前高校思想政治工作教育既有良好的条件,但也存在一些挑战。因此要发挥学校党委政治核心作用、“两课”教育的主渠道作用、校园文化的渗透作用、学生思想政治工作者的管理作用、学生自我教育等途径,进一步提高思想政治教育工作的针对性、实效性和感染力、吸引力。

University ideological and political work play an important role in the build and work of successor ideological and political work. It enjoys good conditions at present, but there are some challenges too. So we should give play to the political key function of Party Committee of the school,'two lesson'main channel function, infiltration function of campus of culture, students manager's role, student self-education role, to improve the pertinence, substantial results and appeal of educational work of ideology and politics further.
