摘要
阐述农村小康是全面小康的关键,分析制约农村小康的主要因素,提出建设农村小康社会的对策。
The author expounds that the comfortably off in rural areas is critical for constructing all-round well-to-do society, analyses the major restrictions for rural areas’ comfortably off, puts forword the counter measures for building rural areas’ fairly well-off.
