The regional economic development within county of Anhui is seriously lagging, embodying the slowly increasing income of peasants, the expanding differences among counties, the indefinite developing goal, the less comprehensive competition and serious financial deficits. To accelerate the economic development within a county, many efforts should be made to advance the process of agricultural industrialization, and urbanization, to perfect regional unified market system by taking an active part in competition and cooperation across counties. We should place emphasis on regional innovation and speed up the construction of ecological county.
