Freedom of divorce is a major concept and legal system of marriage law,while opposition to wanton divorce is a moral requirement and norm in the field of marriage and family.Chinese citizens' freedom of divorce should not be deprived or limited because of the opposition to divorce,but the abuse of the freedom from no-cost divorce should be prevented.
