三角紫叶酢浆草叶片外植体组织培养研究

Research on Tissue Culture of Oxalis Triangularis by Leaf Blade

以三角紫叶酢浆草(O xa lis triangu laris A.S t.H il)的叶片为材料进行组织培养研究,结果表明:叶片在适宜的培养基上可以形成愈伤组织,并分化成小苗。经筛选适宜诱导愈伤组织形成和芽分化的培养基为M S+6-BA 1.0m g/L+NAA 0.2m g/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂0.8%;丛生芽生长最佳培养基M S+6-BA 2.0m g/LNAA+0.3m g/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂0.8%;生根最佳培养基为1/2M S+NAA 0.2m g/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂0.8%。

Rapid propagation of Oxalis triangular by tissue culture using its leaf blade has been studied.The results show that the callus can occur from both leaf,and then differentiate young plants in the proper medium.The optimum medium for the inducing of callus and the differentiation of buds is MS with 1.0mg/L 6-BA,NAA0.2mg/L,30g/L sucrose and 0.8% agar.The optimum medium for the growth of crowd buds is MS with 2.0mg/L 6-BA,0.3mg/L NAA,30g/L sucrose and 0.8% agar.The optimum medium for rooting is 1/2MS with 0.2mg/L NAA,30g/L sucrose and 0.8% agar.
