农村小学教师主观生活质量状况研究

摘要 在新一轮课程改革之际,关注教师的主观生活质量,是贯彻以人为本的精神,有利于推动课改。调查表明,农村小学教师对生活质量总体是肯定的,尤其是在婚姻与家庭关系、人际交往能力等方面,但对业余生活评定较差。
