In 1995,the former National Education Committee had began to enhance the culture character education of the university students. Enhancing culture character education emphasizes the human education, among which history education undertakes the important responsibility .The thesis analyses the characters and function of the history education and the human value. The thesis points out that the various human spirits and scientific spirit of the history not only has the superiority, but also plays a important role in enhancing culture character education of the university student.
