摘要
针对当前太极拳套路教学存在的问题,着重探讨太极拳套路教学方法的创新与改进。通过对新的教学方法和传统教学方法的教学实验效果的对比,新的教学方法的效果明显优于传统教学方法,在太极拳教学中具有一定的推广价值。
In accordance with the present problem existing in the teaching of skills in Taijiquan, the paper mainly discusses the creativity and improvement of the teaching method. In contrast with the traditional one,the new teaching method is obviously better than the traditional one. And the new method has its spreading value in the teaching of Taijiquan.
