摘要
论文阐述了改革开放以来温州国有企业劳动关系的渐变过程和阶段特点,分析了当前建立新型劳动关系所面临择业观念、劳动者素质、政府再就业优惠政策、社会保障制度等方面的矛盾和问题,并从完善就业环境角度提出建议。
The author expounds the changing procedures and features of labor relation in the reform of Wenzhou stated-owned company since our reform of opening to the outside world. And they analyze problems of establishing the new labor relations such as job-selecting views, labors’ personality, governmental favor policy on reemployment, social insurance system and so on. At last, the writers propose some suggestions on employment environment.
