女性问题不但关系到一个国家当前近半数的人力资源的素质,还关系到将来人力资源的总体素质。对人力资本投资的最主要方式,是提高劳动者的教育水平,其收益率高于物质资本的收益率。而城市女性作为社会劳动参与率较高的一个重要群体,通过对她们的生命周期各阶段的人力资本投资分析,将对整个女性群体的人力资本投资起到借鉴的作用。

Women’s questions are not only related to the ability of human resources, which occupy half number of the citizens, but also related to the people’s general personality in the future. It is the most effective way of human capital investment to improve labors’ educational standard. Urban women are regarded as an important group of social participants.
