摘要 分层教学改革实施了一个学期。调查发现,分层教学符合大多数学生的愿望和要求,多数学生对高等数学感兴趣,但有相当一部分学生呈现忽冷忽热的现象;学生喜欢接受性学习,渴望多种评价方式。文章提出了三点对策:改进分层的方法,消除“恋班”现象;实施动态管理;加强集体备课。 We have implemented the hierarchical teaching of advanced mathematics for a semester.After the research on it,we discover that most of the students are interested in this kind of learning math because this method can meet their requirement,however,a small amount of students show little enthusiasm about it.Students like taking-in way of learning and they long for multi-way of evaluating.Therefore,the authors propose three countermeasures as following: improving the way of hierarchy and avoiding attaching one certain class;actualizing dynamic management;strengthening to prepare the lessons collectively.
