摘要
文章对基本的纹理分析方法进行了详细阐述,比较了各类纹理分析方法在工件表面纹理分析应用中的优缺点。针对车削后的工件表面纹理图像进行了纹理分析,建立了高斯马尔可夫随机场模型,并采用特征参数的相对距离实现了刀具磨损量的识别。实验结果表明:工件表面纹理分析作为计算机视觉的一个分支,能被广泛地应用于刀具磨破损状态监测或加工表面质量检测等自动化/智能控制中。
By comparing advantage and disadvantage of all kinds of analyzing methods for workpiece surface texture,this paper focuses on the expounding the basic texture.The author proposes MRF through analyzing the workpiece surface texture after lathing and sets up the abrasion loss idetification of it with parameter.The result of expriment shows that as a branch of computer visual,workpiece surface texture analysis could be applied into automatically intellectual controling system of cutting tool abrasion examination or surface quality check.
