Some Thoughts on the Strategy of Enhancing Universities by Talents

从“人才强校”战略的内涵及思想来源入手, 对“人才强校”战略的核心内容、实现途径、实施阶段进行了剖析, 提出了长安大学全面实施“人才强校”战略的总体工作思路和几项前期基础工作。

This paper, beginning with introducing the connotation and origin of the strategy of enhancing universities by talents, analyzes the essential content as well as different ways and stages to achieve the goal. Furthermore, in view of Changan Universitys implementation of the strategy, the author proposes the overall plan and some basic measures to be taken in the primary period.
