The Cultivation of Geoscientific Talent Under the Guidance of Scientific Talent View

本文从我国地学人才培养面临严峻的形势出发, 阐述了在全面建设小康社会时期, 培养地学人才的高校要想实现“人才强校”的战略, 必须以科学的人才观为指导, 从用人机制、教育观念、创新能力等几个方面入手, 加大对地学人才的培养。

From the severe situation of the training the geoscientific talents in China, the article points that, in the period of totally constructing the well-off society, if the universities that cultivate the geoscientific talent want to reach the aim that talents can enhance the universities under the guidance of scientific talent view, they should deepen the cultivation of geoscientific talent from the aspects of employment mechanism, education concepts and creativity, and so on.
