通过分析研究生的思想状况及辅导员工作中存在的问题, 从人需要理解和沟通的共性以及研究生的年龄结构、知识结构和层次结构的特性出发, 提出辅导员要很好地完成对研究生的思想政治教育和日常管理功能, 必须首先成为研究生的政治上的“知己”、生活上的“知己”、学术上的“知己”。只有成为了研究生全方位的“知己”, 才能真正加强对研究生的思想政治教育, 更好地实施教育和管理的职能。

Based on the common need for understanding, on the structure of graduate students age, knowledge and level, on the analysis of their ideological status, and on the problems existing in political counsellor's work, we can put forward that the political counsellor must become the graduates bosom friend in politics, living, and academic in order to complete the graduate education in politics and ideology, the administration of regularity. Only becoming the bosom friend in all aspects, can the political counsellor strengthen the graduates education in politics and ideology, and actualize the education and administration better.
