摘要
提高高校学生道德素质已被提上了日程,加强高校教师道德素质建设就成了迫切要求。本文就我国高校教师道德素质建设问题谈了一些看法,主要分析了我国高校教师道德素质存在的问题及其产生原因,并提出了一些提高高校教师的道德素质的措施。
At present, improving university students' ethical quality has already been brought into schedule, so it's urgently required to strengthen university teachers' ethical quality construction. This paper analyses the problems of university teachers' ethical quality, and makes some suggestions on how to elevate their ethical quality.
