关于理工类高校建设与发展的若干思考

Some Ideas on the Development and Construction for Universities of Science and Technology

科技创新与学科建设是高等学校建设与发展中的核心工作,是提高高等学校教学、科研、社会服务能力与水平的基础。本文论述了理工类高等院校的发展现状,并就理工类高等院校在科技创新、学科建设方面存在的一些问题进行探讨,认为理工类高等院校应当在发展中抓住重点,办出特色,加强优势学科科技创新能力,并提高科研产出质量,走内涵发展的道路。

The innovation of science and technology and the subject construction are the core task of universities during construction and development, and the essence of strengthening the ability and level of teaching, scientific research and service for universities as well. The development situation of universities of science and technology in China has been expounded in the paper, and some existing problems in the innovation of science and technology and subject construction for universities of science and technology have also been discussed in the paper. The authors point out that universities of science and technology should catch hold of the keystone during development, give prominence to characteristics, strengthen the innovation ability of science and technology for preponderant subjects, and improve the production quality for the scientific research, and then step into the connotative development pathway.
