Using Tactics of Knowledge Management to Become a Learning School

知识经济的到来与教育变革的加剧日益要求学校成为学习型学校。本文在简述知识管理主要理念的基础上,提出了借鉴知识管理思想构建学习型学校的具体措施。

The emergence of knowledge economy and educational reform demand that schools should become learning schools. This paper first introduces the main ideas of knowledge management, and then puts forward some measures which are based upon the ideas of knowledge management to construct learning schools.
