对当前高校思想政治教育有效性的反思

Reflection on the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education at Today's Universities

当前高校思想政治教育有效性有所弱化,主要因素有社会环境、家庭环境的不良影响,高校思想政治教育工作组织领导体制的不合理,辅导员队伍建设的不到位,与“学分制”、大学生“自主择业”就业制度相匹配的思想政治教育工作模式尚不健全等。高校思想政治教育工作应从育人环境、组织领导体制、人才建设、思想政治教育工作模式等方面予以改进和完善,从而提高高校思想政治教育的有效性。

Today there is a trend of weakening in the effectiveness of ideological and political education at universities, mainly owing to the negative influences of social and family environment, unreasonable organization and leadership system of ideological and political education, improper construction of instructor group and bad model of ideological and political education matching credit system and college students' initiative job-hunting system. The ideological and political education at universities should improve and perfect educational environment, organization and leadership system, talent construction and the ideological and political education model. As a result, the effectiveness of ideological and political education at university can be raised.
