Obeying the Education Management Rules and Improving the Cadres' Level

学校的基本功能是人才培养,教学管理是学校最基础、最重要的管理。教学管理有4个基本规律:周期性、相对稳定性、先行性、强制性。要确保教学过程的顺利进行和教学质量的提高,就必须做到遵循教学规律,协调处理好教师、学生和客观条件之间的矛盾,一靠机制、二靠制度,向管理要质量,使教学过程达到最佳状态。

The basic function of schools is to cultivate talent through teaching. Teaching management is the most basic and important matter. There are four basic rules in teaching management: Periodicity, Relative Stability, Antecedency and Enforcement. To ensure the success of teaching and enhance teaching quality, the rules of teaching must be conformed, and the relationship among teachers, students and objective conditions must be dealt with. It must depend on mechanism, the institution and quality of management to achieve the best teaching process.
