摘要
为适应经济全球化和现代科技革命的挑战,2001年教育部做出在部分高校推行双语教学的决定。为了积极推进高校双语教学,本文进一步明确了双语教学的定义,论述了双语教学的必要性,指出双语教学过程中存在的问题并提出了解决办法。
In order to face the challenge from the globalization of economy and modern technological revolution, the Ministry of Education made a decision for promoting the bilingual teaching at some universities in 2001. For the sake of promoting bilingual teaching positively at universities, this paper redefines the concept of bilingual teaching, discusses the necessity, points out the problems and provides solution to the related problems.
