Training the Geology High Calibers to Adapt to the Social Development

江西应用技术职业学院是全国仅有的几所举办地学类专业的高等职业院校之一。为了适应社会发展、更好地培养地学高职人才,我们进行了充分调查研究,根据社会需要制定人才培养方案。坚持“产学研”相结合,“双师型”教师为主体,完善的野外实训基地和“订单式”培养的办学特色;并进行了一系列教学改革,取得了显著成效。

Jiangxi college of Applied Technology is one of the several vocational colleges all over the country, which consist of geology section. In order to keep pace with the social development and bring up the geology high calibers, we have carried out a full survey and research to make the plan according to the need of society. We stick to the connection of learning, researching and practicing, taking the “double division type” as the subjects, perfecting the training base, taking the “make single entry” as character and having carried out a series of reforms in education, having made the remarkable effect.
