摘要
人本管理作为管理理论中一个重要的管理理论,是任何一个组织进行高效管理都不可缺少的。本文透析了人本管理理论的内涵,进而指出了人本管理在研究生教育管理中的重要作用。
As one of the important management theories, people-centred management theory is very important for any organization to manage well. The article analyses the meaning of the people-centred management theory and further points out that people-centred management plays an important part in education management for graduate students.
