摘要
本文从国家竞争力的概念谈起,通过分析当前国内外研究机构和专家学者对国家竞争力概念和影响因素的不同认识和争论,作者适时地给出了自己的并有一定创见的定义,并指出它的主要影响因素包括三个方面:竞争实力、竞争潜力和转换能力。
This article begins from the definition of national competitiveness. Through analyzing the concepts and affecting factors of national competitiveness disputed among the international institutes and experts, the author gives his own revolutionary definition and points out three essential affecting factors on national competitiveness as follows:real strengths, competitive potentials and converting abilities.
