This paper summarizes the underground pipeline system of Baisha Town. It mainly includes the general situation of Baisha Town, the construction and management of underground pipeline. The existing problems and obstacles in the operation and management of the underground pipeline in small town are analyzed. The ways and approaches are primarily explored. At the end, the establishment of an underground pipeline information system in small town is analyzed in detail.
