Policy Supporting System to Achieve Leap-forward Development of Higher Vocational Education

我国高等职业技术教育已经迎来了跨越式发展的大好时机,但要实现这一目标,除了高职院校自身要练好内功外,还必须建立健全相应的政策支持系统,包括改革社会用人制度;建立健全科学合理的人才评价机制;建立健全完整的职业技术教育体系;建立健全完整的高等职业技术教育管理体制;建立健全完整的高等职业技术教育投资体制;建立健全完整的高等职业技术教育评价体制。

Higher vocational education in China has the opportunity of leap-forward development. To reach the target, vocational colleges should not only enhance their internal improvements but also set up and perfect a policy supporting system including reform of personnel management system, building up rational talent assessment mechanism, establishment of a complete vocational education system, foundation of investment system for vocational education, and construction of vocational education assessment system.
