摘要 全面实施素质教育是摆在各级教育部门的一项重要而又紧迫的任务,素质教育的本质是促进学生综合素质的整体提高。长期以来,教育只偏重于德、才两个方面,却忽视了人格和心理健康因素的教育培养,特别是情感智商的教育培养。“全面发展的有用人才”不仅是德才兼备,更应该具备健全的人格和良好的情感智商。怎样对学生的情感智商进行培养和提高给高校提出了更高的要求,学校教育应该鼓励学生全面地、充分地发展未来人生成功所必需的能力,这是改革人才培养模式,培养跨世纪人才的需要。 It's an important and pressing task for the educational department o f all levels to implement quality education generally. The essence of quality ed ucation is to promote the overall improvement of the students' unified faculty. Since long, education has only laid particular stresses on morals and talents, b ut neglected the cultivation for the personality and mental health, particularly for the intelligence quotient of emotion. 'Talents of all-round development' h ave both moral and talent, as well as right personality and favorable intelligen ce quotient of emotion. How to cultivate and elevate the students' intelligence quotient of emotion brings up higher request for the school. The school should e ncourage the students to expand their success in the future life. This is the ac t to reform the pattern of talent cultivation and to cultivate the trans-centur y talents.
