Strengthen Supervision in Credit and Improve Individual Credit

现代经济是信用经济,市场化程度不断提高,急需一个良好的社会信用环境。中国人民银行行长周小川提出要努力建设金融生态环境,党的十六大和十六届三中全会也明确提出,建立健全社会信用体系。社会信用体系是银行、贷款机构、保险公司、讨债公司、政府职能部门等机构所记录信息的合体,社会信用体系的不断完善必将对经济金融的良性发展起到有力保障和积极的推动作用。

Modern economy iscredit economy .With the development of markets,there is urgent need for a healthy social credit environment .Xiaochuan Zhou,the president of People’s Bank of China has proposed that efforts must be make to create a ecological environment in finance . The establishment of a satisfactory credit system in society has been mentioned clearly in the Sixteenth National People’s Congress and its third plenary session ,which is a combination of organization for storing information including banks ,organization providing loan ,insurance com- pany ,companies for debt repayment and corresponding departments in the government . The improvement of the system will play a vital role in the perfect development of finance .
