摘要
非智力因素“后进生”鲜明的排他情绪和消极思想对一般的思想政治教育设置了较大的障碍,使得较好地解决该问题或者成功转化“后进生”变得非常困难。在对高职院校“后进生”的转化工作中,思想政治工作应始终坚持以学生为本,立足情感教育,多些交流与融合,多些激励与关怀,切实做到情中有理,理中含情,情理交融。
By analyzing the reasons causing the“problem students”and their psychological characteristics,the non-intelligence factors,such as exclusion from the classmates and negative thoughts,which make these students very difficult to be educated are found. In the work of improving“problem students”of the vocational school,ac- cording to the idea of emotional education,a specific scheme has been formed based on providing psychological assistance combined with ideological education as a solution to this problem.
