摘要
我国职务犯罪立法是我国刑事立法的重要组成部分。从罪刑法定原则的角度来审视我国职务犯罪的立法得失,有利于我国职务犯罪立法的进一步完善。
The legislation of crimes of taking advantage of duty is an important component in our criminal legislation. It will further perfect our legislation of this crime to examine it from the principle of a legally prescribed punishment for a specified crime
