摘要
高职教育人才培养模式的探索和创新,是通过产学结合、工学交替、校企合作的机制来实现的。主要在专业设置与建设、课程体系、教学内容、教学方法和手段、教学管理和人才培养途径等方面进行改革与创新。
It can be realized by a combination of production and teaching, working and studying alteratively , colleges cooperating with factories that we explore and make innovations in mold of training talent of higher vocational education.This paper discusses the reform and innovations in specialities offered in colleges and construction,curriculum, teachings, teaching methods, teaching management and talent training as well.
