Interest is an important factor which has great influence on the students'enthusiasm for physical exercises. In the P. E. lessons, a teacher should adopt appropriate teaching methods and create a harmonious environment, in accordance with the features of P.E. lessons and the students'actual circumstances, so as to cultivate their interests in physical exercises, and nourish a notion of'training throughout life'.
