Effective Ways of Improving Quality of Our Ranking Group

提高干部队伍素质,关系到党的建设事业的成败。当前干部队伍的主流虽然是好的、健康的,但也有相当一部分干部的素质与党的建设事业的发展还不很适应。因此,要提高干部队伍素质,必须在加强读书学习、加强自身修养、加强实践锻炼、改进不良作风、加强教育培训等方面下功夫,以不断提高广大干部的素质。

The Improvement of ranking group is related to the success of the construction of our party. The mainstream of current ranking group is fine and healthy, but there are still some directors whose qualities are not accorded with the development of our parry's construction. Therefore, improving the quality, our ranking group must increase their ability of learning, culture evaluation, educational training and practicing as well as correcting ill working styles.
