新钢7号高炉通过开炉前认真准备,加强人员培训,制订合理的开炉方案,选择合适的开炉料和送风参数,降低铁中[Si]和炉渣碱度,合理调整煤气流等一系列措施,开炉后生产水平快速上升,获得了良好的技术指标。
Since the NO .7 BF of Xinyu Iron & Steel Co., Ltd was blown - in, a series of measures have been adopted, such as strengthening blowing- in management ,working- out logical project of the BF blowing- in,selecting appropriate blowing - in material and parameter of wind, reducing [Si] of pig iron and alkalinity of the slag, and adjusting the flow of coal gas. As a result, the BF is blown in successfully,good production indexes are achieved.
