摘要
对铣削式和刨削式两种岩土破碎方式从能耗、碎落物的品级、产尘量和瓦斯涌出等诸方面进行比较,得出刨削破碎方式优于铣削式的结论,同时指出目前所采用的刨削式工作机构的局限性.并指出研发设计合理的刨削式工作机构,扩大刨削机理的应用范围的重要意义.
Comparison between two kinds of rock and soil breaking methods, milling and planing, was carried out from many aspects, energy consumption, grade of fragments, dust production and gas emission, and so on. Conclusion that planing is superior to milling is drawn. At the same time, limitation of adopted planing working mechanism at present is presented. And it is significant to develop and design rational planing working mechanism and extend application scope of planing mechanism.
