摘要
针对我国现阶段缺少桥式浇铸起重机的现状,结合桥式浇铸起重机在高温、高粉尘及易爆炸环境条件下使用的特点,系统地阐述了11t桥式浇铸起重机的研究和开发.根据11t桥式浇铸起重机使用的特殊要求,对具体方案进行了分析和研究;叙述了11t桥式浇铸起重机的总体设计、主要部件的设计;通过对车轮与轴的受力分析,对车轮与轴的可靠性进行了分析计算.
The fact is that at present China does not have overhead traveling casting cranes.The paper systematically explains the research and development of 11 ton overhead traveling casting crane which is operated in the environment of high temperature, plentiful dust and easy explosion.Concerning the special requirements of the operation of such crane, after detailed analysis and research, the paper offers systematic explanation of the design of the casting crane, the design of major components, the reliability of the wheels and the axles is analyzed and calculated through the compression of the wheels and the axles.
