对引进原装和国内自产的电磁铁钳盘式制动器性能进行了试验及研究,通过对试验数据的比较与分析,说明国产制动器各项技术性能指标均达到或接近国外引进制动器的质量标准.开展电磁铁钳盘式制动器性能试验及研究与分析,既可作为国产化研究的依据,又可作为国家产品质量检验的参考,同时电磁铁钳盘式制动器性能试验及研究的试验项目、试验内容与方法,在工程机械制动器产品的设计、制造和质量控制方面均有一定的适用性.

With the compare and analyse of test data, and through the test and study on capability of electromagnet jaw and tray-type arrester which is introduced original binding and domestic home-made, it shows that each item of technic performance index of domestic arrester reaches or approaches quality standard of introduced arrester.The test, study and analysis of jaw and tray-type arrester' s capability not only can be the basis of study on domestic turn, but also can be the reference of quality test of national product, at the same time the service test of jaw and tray-type arrester and test item, test content and method of study have certain applicability to design,produce and quality control of engineering arrester product.
