摘要
介绍了单斗液压挖掘机铲斗机构的量纲一分析方法,在此基础上,建立了铲斗机构量纲一优化设计的数学模型,并介绍了有量纲参数的反求方法.最后以某小型挖掘机的铲斗机构为例进行了量纲一优化设计,并得到最优结果.理论和实例表明了铲斗机构的量纲一最优化方法可得到较少的设计变量和约束,大大提高了优化设计的效率.
Present a new method of dimensionless optimization in shovel mechanism of single bucket hydraulic excavator through analyzing dimensionless mechanism of connecting rod of shovel.Build the mathematical model for dimensionless optimization design,and introduce the method for calculating the practical dimension of the connecting rod mechanism.An example of the application for the method is given,and the optimization resolve is obtained.Both of theory and specimen verify that the design variables and binds of optimization in shovel mechanism are decreased and that the design efficiency is raised with the dimensionless optimization method.
