摘要
7 000 m 深海钴结壳取芯器是海洋矿产资源勘探的重要设备,它由定位机构、回转机构、推进机构、钻具、机架、控制系统和安全保护系统等部分组成.在此对其主要工作参数进行了设计计算,并介绍了取芯器的基本结构与功能、工作原理与工作步骤、技术参数等.解决了钻具研制、对微地形的适应性、安全保护系统、小钻进力的控制、整机重量控制等关键技术.
The 7000m deep-sea cobalt sampler is an important equipment of prospect for sea mineral re- source.It is made up of orientation outfit,turning outfit,pushing outfit,drill tool,framework,control system and safeguard system,etc.The main work parameters are accounted,and the basic structure,function,working principle and technical parameters of the 7000m deep-sea cabalt sampler are introduced in this paper.The key technical difficulty of drill tool manufacture,tiny landform adaptability,safeguard system,the control of low force when chisel in,the control of weight with whole machine are resolved.
