摘要
通过测量高频感应钎焊金刚石砂轮磨削花岗石过程中的磨削力,对砂轮所受的法向力和切向力进行了研究.得出了磨削深度、进给速度和砂轮线速度对磨削力及单颗金刚石所受磨削力的影响规律,并从理论上进行了分析讨论.
In this paper,grinding forces were measured in the grinding of granite with a high-frequency induc- tion brazed diamond grinding wheel.The specific normal force and tangential force acted on the grinding wheel were then investigated based on the measurements.The influences of depth of grinding,feed rate and circular linear speed of the grinding wheel on the grinding forces and the forces on each diamond grit were ob- tained.The experimental results were also explained theoretically.
