摘要 在室内实验条件下研究了温度、规格对文蛤耗氧率的影响。结果表明,在一定的温度范围(15~30℃)内,文蛤的耗氧率(O)随着温度的升高而增加,30℃左右达到最高值,之后随温度的升高O值开始下降。在15—35℃条件下,文蛤的耗氧率(O)与文蛤软体部干重(W)呈负相关幂指数关系。文蛤的耗氧率与温度、文蛤软体部干重的二元线性回归方程为:O=1.3556+0.0433T-0.2381W,复相关系数r=0.7882(r>r0.01=0.732),F检验表明,回归方程相关性(P<0.01)极显著。 Effect of temperature and body size on oxygen consumption rate of Meretrix meretrix in standard metabolism was studied under artificial condition in laboratory. The experimental results indicated that the oxygen consumption rate was positively correlated with water temperature under appropriate temperature conditions (15 -30℃) and negatively correlated with the dry weight of soft-tissue. With the water temperature rising, the oxygen consumption rate reached peak value at about 30 ℃, and after that began to decrease. The linear regression relationships among oxygen consumption rate and temperature and dry weight of soft-tissue could be described by 0 = 1.3556 + 0.0433r-0.2381 W, the multiple relation coefficient was0.7882(r > r0.01 =0.732). The duality regress equation was very much significant ( P < 0.01) .
