摘要
当前成人教育的迅猛发展,特别是学习化社会创建活动的开展,促使我们认真回顾和反思有关教师角色和作用的传统理论和观念。提出要根据教育内外形势的变化,重新定位教师的角色和自身功能。
It ought to be reviewed and considered seriously of teacher's role and function of the old ones as the fast development of adult education and the establishment of the studying society. The concept of resetting role and function of teacher's according to the education situation is suggested.
