市场经济条件下,国有企业人才管理弊端日益突出,为了增强企业竞争力,在人才管理方面,应采取多种方式留人,加强人才使用技巧,并提升管理人员的素质。
Under the condition of market economy,problems in management of competent people in state-owned enterprises are becoming increasingly serious.In order to build up the competitive ability of state enterprises,many measures should be taken to detain competent people.Mechanism of using talented people should be strengthened and the quality of the management personnel should be enhanced.
