染色体异常与频发性流产的关系研究

目的对来延安大学遗传学研究所就诊的105对夫妇多次出现无明显诱因自然流产进行染色体遗传学分析,研究频发性自然流产与染色体异常的关系。方法取外周血淋巴细胞培养,常规制备染色体,G显带处理,显微镜下观察分析。结果发现异常核型11例,发生率10.5%。结论说明染色体核型异常是自然流产的重要因素之一。
