BMP和VEC复合磷酸钙陶瓷人工骨修复大段骨缺损的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)结合血管内皮细胞(VEC)修复兔桡骨大段骨缺损的效果。方法将BMP/VEC/β-TCP和BMP/β-TCP两种复合材料分别植入到兔桡骨15mm大段骨缺损模型中,以单纯植入β-TCP材料作对照。在术后2,4,8,16周,通过大体解剖、X线片、病理组织切片、扫描电镜及荧光标记等方法观察各组材料血管化、骨愈合及降解性。结果在术后2,4,8,16周,病理组织切片及x线片显示BMP/VEC/β-TCP组骨缺损修复及血管化程度优于BMP/β-TCP组和单纯材料组。结论BMP和VEC联用有明显促进材料血管化及骨缺损修复的作用,效果明显优于单纯应用BMP和单纯植入磷酸钙生物陶瓷人工骨支架。
