电解可脱性弹簧圈(GDC)血管内栓塞治疗31例颅内动脉瘤

摘要 目的:报告并评价应用电解可脱性弹簧圈经血管内栓塞颅内动脉瘤的方法及治疗效果。方法:31例颅内动脉瘤患者均应用电解可脱性弹簧圈行动脉瘤囊内栓塞治疗。结果:31例血管内栓塞手术全部成功。完全闭塞者28例,不完全闭塞者3例。1例出现穿刺部位皮下血肿。术后随访未发现动脉瘤破裂出血。结论:电解可脱性弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤是一种比较安全、可靠、有效的治疗手段。 Objective:To report and appreciate the method and therapeutic efficacy of embolisming intracranial aneurysms in blood vessel with electric-decolled spring collar.Methods:A total of 31 patients of intracranial aneurysm were embolotherapied with electric-decolled spring collar.Results:All of the operations were succeeded including 28 full-embolismed and 3 not full-embolismed. In addition,there had 1 case showed up ecchymoma in the pricking position.All the cases do not emerge the aneurysms rupturing via following-up visit.Conclusions:It is a safe,reliable and effective therapeutic tool in treating intracranial aneurysms that electric -decolled spring collar embolisms intracranial aneurysms in blood vessel.
