摘要
随着改革开放的发展和中美两军交往的不断增多,军内外对美军如何开展思想政治教育有了更多的认识。美军思想政治教育特点主要有四个,即在教育中重视渗透性、隐蔽性、思想引导和制度建设。这给我军的思想政治教育工作提供了有益的经验和启示。
Along with the development of the reforming and opening up and the increasing communication of the armies of China and USA,how USA army carry out the political education is acknowledged gradually.The education has 4 characteristics,which are emphasizing permeability,concealment,conducting in the heart and system construction.These characteristics give us beneficial experience and revelation.
