高职生就业心理现状分析和思考

当前高职生就业面临诸多问题。既有高职生自身期望值过高,职业道德素质欠佳、实用主义思想支配就业选择等,也有学校和社会环境诸多因素的影响。高职生应从实际出发,调整心态,树立阶段性就业观念,增强创新意识,提高创新能力,树立科学的就业观、择业观。

At present,vocational college students facing employment problems.Vocational college students have their own expectations too high,the poor quality of professional ethics,the dominant ideology of pragmatism,and other employment options as well as schools and social factors.Vocational college students from the reality of mind to adjust,establish the concept of periodic employment,to enhance creativity,and improve the innovation capacity,then establish the scientific concept of employment and job outlook.
